Prosit!

330ml bottle [courtesy of Sebastian - cheers!]. Minimally cloudy, redd-ish, amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Mellow, slightly spicy, minimally bready, caramel malty and slightly grassy hoppy, minimally yeasty fruity aroma, hints of caramel, bread crust, a touch of toffee, red berries. Taste is sweet-ish, slightly spicy, minimally bready, caramel malty, moderately bitter, slightly grassy and minimally metallic hoppy, minimally yeasty fruity, minimally diluted hints of caramel, bread crust, a touch of toffee, red berries; lingering, hoppy, minimally metallic finish. Watery texture with a creamy strand, dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Nice malty aroma, sadly a tad too dry and metallic - not bad.

Bottle from jonas in Lokaltausch Germany Runde 2. Huge thanks! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass amber coloured, small head. Malty caramel aroma. Starts mild, malty, notes of caramel, some cookies. Dry sweetness. Finish dry-malty, still shy caramel notes. Interesting!

Bottle, thanks Jonas! Red amber, nice head, slight haze. Light buttery caramel nose, body is moderate but with caramel & nutty notes and, I think, a bit of diacetyl (?). Some traditional hops shine through at the end. Not bad.

€-Flascherl (Great Garching Gift!) : A bit unclear, slowly collapsing hardly medium-sized white head, deep golden to copper coloured, moderate sweet-bitter nose of toasted malt, dark malt and herbal-woody hops with a slight barnyardy touch; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft and astonishingly nearly medium bodied; lingering toasty, barnyard and herbal finish. Bassd scho! A franconian Kellerbier from Upper Bavaria...

Bottle at Hotel am Schloss park, Oberschleissheim, nr Munich, Bavaria, Germany 15th November 2018 Pours amber, good clarity, a white head atop, looks very good. Malty, some toffee, a touch nutty, has some similarities to a UK bitter in that it is a little rustic, good beer, really pleasant. A6 A5 T7 P4 Ov13 3.5

Bottle. Clear copper-amber color with creamy off-white head. Aroma is a bit metallic, nutty, grainy, herbal, earthy. Taste is raspberries, grains, earthy, herbal hops, breadcrust. Oily mouthfeel with natural, but high carbonation. Fun.
