Hazy, with a nice head. So a bit of a murky dark amber. There's a touch of malt chewiness. OK, but it does get sour and has pedio. Is this not turning over quick enough?

Tepid foam on a medium coppery brown body. Smells of soft maltiness with vague cereal. Taste is smooth malts, soft honeyed cereal, rustic rye bread. Smooth cask finish, full. easy and reliable but not a standout.
