500 ml bottle. Pours a dark reddish brown with light head that settles quickly. Aromas of Brett, red berries, caramel, light vinous wood, and soft sweet toasted malts. Flavors follow same, with a little bourbon. A very nice balance between sweet and funky with a little sour and sharpness. Good cleansing carbonation and a little alcohol on the finish. A lot going on; very good.

Okay dark brown body with soft foam. Smells of heavy molasses, strong paint thinner notes, closer to barley wine. Taste is good barley with floral notes, soft cardamom, breadiness and perfume. Ends full, warming, abv working well. Ends poetic in a bittersweet way.

On tap at Main Street, pours a deep dark murky reddish brown with a small tan head. Aroma reveals a nice woody character upfront, expressing the Belgian yeast nicely, featuring dark dried fruits, toffee, molasses, and wood. Flavour is dominated by brett and wood, as though this was heavily barrel aged, followed by some dark fruits, molasses, and toffee. Dry, woody, bretty finish, with plenty of depth. Surprisingly impressive.
