Het is een wonder dat we deze ‘Great White’ gebotteld hebben gekregen 🦈 Dit brouwsel is vernoemd naar een van de grootste killers uit de zee met een sterk reukvermogen. Pas op voor een frisse stoot van pittige sinaasappel en een vleugje grapefruit die samen zorgen voor de verleidelijke maar vlijmscherpe afdronk!

Can. Pours hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with floral and fruity touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of yeast and sourish, grainy touches. Bitter and peppery aftertaste with estery notes and acidic touches. Reasonable.

Can, 5.3%. Weak coriander aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour has lemon, mostly the bitterness, and not so much the flavour. Some yeast, coriander. A little tannin in connection with the lemon. Low bitterness.

16/12/2025. Bottle from Gondola, Willemstad., Curaçao. Enjoyed on Marella Discovery 2 at sea after leaving Aruba. Slightly hazy pale golden with a pour. Firm white head. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, chalky, sweet malts, bready, buttery, caramel. Quite sweet, very mild bitterness. Slight spiciness initially, but became more bread and butter pudding like. Not unpleasant but a bit of an oddity.

At the end, one moment free for me, best before 06/25, from Amstein. Light and classical wit bier, brewed on the Belgian way, standard, a bit fruity and sweet, discreet hint of coriander, wheat, malt, normal bitterness, smooth and dry.

Cloudy yellow with a medium head. Aroma of wheat malts. Flavour is dusty wheat bread, apricot fruits on a soft base.

340 ml bottle. Pours a hazy amber with moderate head. Aromas of earthy wheat, dull citrus, and coriander with a little white pepper.. Flavors follow same but the wheat is earthy, papery and dry, and overshadows the citrus and coriander. Not the best witbier by any means.
