20/8/2022. Bottle shared at High Five Craft Beer Bar & Shop, Sofia. Pours clear pale yellow gold with a modest frothy white head. Aroma is minty, herbal, tea, lightly spiced and yeasty. Medium sweetness, moderate bitters. Light bodied, average carbonation. Finishes with a bit of sweet honey. Not really to my liking this one.

Bottle @ High Five, Sofia. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, mint, fruits, hops and has a sweet minty finish.

Bottle @ High Five, Sofia. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, soapy, mint and spicy. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry finish. 200822

Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Medium sweet flavour, lots of herbal notes, wheat, yeast, straw, white grapes. Medium bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Decent sweetness in the finish, more herbal notes, saison yeast, white grape, a little grass. Not bad.

Hazy light golden with a white head. Aroma of camomile showing up upfront with floral honey, mint and peppery yeast. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

THT 2021. Hazy pale yellow with white head. Lots of mint, herbal notes, honey, tea. I taste everything and it’s unexpected aromas but it kinda works. Good beer for hot weather!

Bottle at THT June. Hazy light straw with white head. Mint up front, yeasty, chamomile, wheat, don't get much tea, soft flowery. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with a lot of carbonation. The spices work well together, nice.
