Den Stolz auf ihre Erfurter Puffbohne trägt die Bierothek® mit dem neuen Bier Puffbohne® weit in die Welt hinaus. Lass Dich von seinem einzigartigen Geschmack überzeugen und erlebe Erfurter Kultur. Ein wahrer Erfurter hatte immer eine Puffbohne in seiner Tasche dabei. Sobald dieser an einem Puffbohnen-Feld vorbeikam, zogen er seinen Hut und grüßten die Puffbohne, um seine Wertschätzung auszudrücken. Seitdem werden alle, die in Erfurt geboren werden als „Erfurter Puffbohne“ bezeichnet. Zur Wertschätzung der Puffbohne braut die Bierothek® ihr eigenes Hausbier die Puffbohne®.

Bottle. Grey golden, offwhite head. Dry fruity coffee and food beans, farts. Medium light body, light coffe and cocoa bean nose, orangepeel, grassy, sweaty finish.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is cooked brokkoli, earthy, kidney beans. Taste is the same, sweetish yeasts, sugar icing. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not for me unfortunately.

Bottle 0.33l. Lightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- yeasty, malty. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, malty, tones of noble hops, touch of cardboard. Medium bodied.
Average commercial lager.

33cl bottle. A clear dark golden beer with a huge big off-white head. Aroma of toasted malt, mild grainy malt. Taste of grainy malt, caramel, mild floral hops.

Heller, mild würzig-nussiger Antrunk. Leicht herb, geringe Würzigkeit, konstant hopfig. Süffig, mittellanger Nachhall. 8/9/9/8/7/9
