16 oz. can. Odd combination for a sourt beer, so I had to give it a try. Ruby brown pour under a reddish, quick-fizzing head. Very muddy. I smell that chocolate and vanilla right up front. Taste brings in that prickly pear (cactus water) and some more tart fruit impressions. Tart currants, then sweet apricot. Then the chocolate, or maybe some chocolate covered currant, comes back for an encore. A lot of variety in this one.

Pours murky purple with a purple head. Aroma has notes of malt, yogurt, vanilla, black currant and some tartness. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a long creamy, yogurt, black currant and vanilla finish. Body is full, texture is oily to creamy, carbonation is soft to flat.

04/06/21. Deep reddish purple, chunky. Smells sweet, vanilla, lots of currant. Thick mouthfeel, sticky. Taste is fairly sour and very sweet, with lots of random red fruit, and equally as much vanilla. 1 on the beer scale, 8 on the delicious scale.

Pint can, merci à Costa, Jafre, Catalunya beer tasting. This beer confirms why I won't spend money on such crap - all around the table felt bad for our friend who spent so much on thsi garbage.
Couleur pourpre épais, verse comme un jus de fruit/milkshake, col fin rosé.
Arôme est pur jus concentré avec du cassis, abricot et surtout la figue de barbarie qui perce en rétro, pas mal de douceur de lactose et cet effet sucré de marshmallow qui perdure. Je suppose que l'arôme peut être ok si on s'attend à sentir du coulis de fruits.
Palais n’est même pas spécialement 'sour', le tout est super épais, c'est fruité comme du coulis avec l'épaisseur de la figue de barbarie où la couleur et l’épaisseur de fruit peuvent à la limite se justifier. Rien ici ne laisse supposer à de la bière.
Fuck - this is just fruit juice plus lactose and other added sugar sold at the rip off price of 15€ a can. Shame on the brewer for this crap. Sorry this is not beer - even less so after opening some good lambic.
