Clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of apricot, mild yeasty pale malt, yellow stone fruits. Taste of stone fruits, spices, herbs, yeast, high carbonation.

Bottle. Apple Champagne Beer according to the label. Made with apple juice as one of the ingredients. Color: Lightly hazy pale golden, frothy white head. Aroma: Malty, yeasty, some apple. Taste: Brut, Champagne like, dry and crisp, yeasty, mixed with notes of apple and funky hints. Starting and finishing a bit more Champagne like and the apple comes forward in between. Moderate sweet, slight fruity tartness and very low bitterness. Well... what to say more about it? Exactly what's stated on the label: Apple Champagne beer. Interesting brew. Glad to have tasted it.

Flaska från Etre. Aningen disig gyllengul vätska med lågt vitt skum. Både doft och smakmässigt någonstans mellan en torr starkcider och en trippel. Säd, ljust bröd, äpplen, cider. Torr och krispig. Gott

50cl bottle from Prik & Tik Dranken Marlou. F: medium, white, good retention. C: gold, light hazy. A: grapes, peach, floral, apples, bit white wine, orange touch. T: medium to full malty base, orange, grapes, apples bit lemon, yeasty touch, floral, bit spicy, bready touch, bit like saison but nice refreshing beer, enjoyed.
