Can@Zinc Craft Bar, Vaasa. Pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, mild nutty tones with some wood, alcohol and spiciness. Flavour is wood, liquorice, nutty and some lactose tones with mild dried fruits and coffee.

Black with a frothy, dirty beige head. Aroma a mix of coffee and coffee grounds with the faintest hint of chocolate underneath. Taste is bitter and heavy on the coffee. A hint of sourness at the finish. Finishes the same with lingering coffee grounds. Medium to full-bodied, moderate to mild carbonation. A bit of a one-trick pony named java.

A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee, light bourbon barrel notes, woody notes, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee, light vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Morenos Tasting Room.

0.355 l can shared with Marko at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Black, small beige head. Aroma is cocoa nibs, ground coffee, burnt malt, green pepper. Medium body, sharp, burnt, licorice, astringent. Slightly unpleasant.

Can, thanks Hrabren and Dina for sharing this with us! Epic Son of a Baptist with Rotating Artisanal coffee. Which one? Who knows... Pitch black body, tan head - quite lasting. Pungent, strong coffee aroma, creamy chocolate, quite pleasant. Coffee and chocolate taste, a bit earthy, very dusty somehow, light light light soft tartness. Bitter finish. Didn't seem that fresh, but showed big potential.

Can, 0.355l. Black pour, one finger creamy brown head, short lasting. Sticky lacing on the glass. Nose is roasted malt, coffee and chocolate. Medium body, soft carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, a bit light and easily drinkable. Roasty bittersweet taste. Aroma is dominated by coffee. Roasted malt im the background. Dark fruits, berries, hints of chocolate. Ashy, wood notes. Dry. Strong lingering bitterness. Slightly sticky. Long lasting finish, dry, bitter, lingering coffee aftertaste. Tasty.

Canned 355ml. -from Goblet Zagreb as Son of a Baptist Made With Rotating Artisanal Coffee. Pitch black coloured, medium sized drak brown head, coffee and ground coffee in the nose. Roasted malt, dark chocolate, strong coffee and ground coffee with rather bitter coffee finish. One-dimensional but decent.
