This can contains spontaneously fermented cider made from mixed organic Danish apples sourced from the local Naustok orchard. We blended in organic raspberry juice right before packaging for that extra jammy summer fruit explosion, with the tartness from the wild cider base cutting through the raspberry candy sweetness. Pasteurized.

330ml can shared with Soph. Hazed red appearance, head has pinkish hints. Prominent tart raspberry to the fore, fairly dry with woody fleshy apple shades accompanying a juicy raspberry presence, deep and resonant at times. Moderate carbonation. Not bad at all.

330ml can from Cat in the Glass. Pours bright red in colour, with a foamy pink had that dissipates away and aroma of fruity raspberry, juicy, cordial. Taste is sweet, raspberry, some fleshy apple, fruity, then drying, tartness. Slightly syrupy, medium bodied, light carbonation, dry sourish tart finish. Nicely drinkable.
