330ml bottle [4.3% abv]. Hazy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Mild brett aroma, hints of Hubba Bubba bubblegum, white grapes, grapesugar, powdered sugar, mild funk, herbal overtones, a touch of brine, oaty malty background. Taste is dry, minimally tart, mildly bretty, hints of white grapes, white wine, some brine, a mineral touch, herbal overtones, oaty malty basis. Creamy texture, creamy, minimally dry and minimally cloying palate, soft, foamy carbonation. Very mild, well balanced, refreshing - excellent introductory Saison for the brett novice - pretty good.

Bottle. Only 4.3% according to the label. Color: Hazy golden, stable white head. Aroma: Herbal, funky yeast notes, citrus hints. Taste: Herbal, yeasty, malty, farmyard and bit leathery Brett notes coning in after a few seconds and getting stronger towards and at the finish. Moderate sweet and moderate to over moderate bitter, very slightly sour and a subtle citrus hints. Quite dense body. Below average carbonation. Nice Bretty Saison.

300ml bottle @Luppolo Station (Rome). Gialla acida, velata, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di frutta gialla, pasta lievita, scorza di agrumi, leggero vinoso. In bocca è delicata e bilanciata, con leggera acidità, riminescenze da vino bianco, finale secco, leggermente peppery. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Birra splendida, sorprendente per pulizia e facilità di beva. Complimenti!

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Stas. Hazy yellow. Bretty funk, a bit soapy, flowers, earth, some fruitiness, some citrus, quite dry, slightly sourish, spicy, bitter finish. Nice.

Hazy golden. Aroma is funk, leather, malt, herbal hops, apricots, grapes. Taste is not very sweet, some interesting leathery, slightly chalky bitterness. A bit too dry for me but still pretty nice.
