Hazy purple, some weird floaters. Sweet apple and pear, dry oak, a bit of grape skins but quite subtle, vanilla, tot apple juice, light funk, mineral. Light sweet, bitter and tart. Medium bodied, solid medium dry.

0,75l bottle at home shared by me. redish color, no head. smells funky, earthy, bit smoky, apples, light tannins, very nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes earthy, some apples, tannins, bit smoky, peppery, some grapes. finishes dry with notes of apples, tannins and some peppery notes. quite good stuff, very good to drink.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 15.10.2025) im 2021-07 getrunken. Dieses rubinrote, leicht trübe Cider was aus einer Mischung von Äpfeln, Birnen und Trauben gebraut wurde kommt überraschend mit einem Aroma von verbrannten Plastik daher, was leider das Fruchtaroma komplett überlagert. Am Gaumen auch diese widerliche verbrannte Plastik-Note. Was ist hier passiert. Solche Qualität kenne ich von Kemker Kultur nicht. Nein dieses Cider ist leider ungenießbar - ab in den Ausguss!
