500 ml bottle from Interspar Vöcklabruck.
Copper-brown, hazy body, with a big, stable, fluffy, light beige head.
Aroma of bread, caramel, banana, dried and ripe fruits, some spices, some roast.
Tastes of bread, chocolate, caramel, banana, dried fruits, spices, toast.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes bready, toasty, fruity, a bit spicy, a bit yeasty.

Very nice, characterful Dunkelweizen. Great balance between typical banana and spice notes, with bready and even toasty notes. One of the best style examples from Austria I’ve had so far.
