Thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts strong but not alcoholic. Fine hoppy, spicy, light woody hints. Also fine fruity notes of lemon, some herbs. Well balanced finish. Nice.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, copper colour with a tall and off-white foamy head. Slightly bready malty and a bit dusty aroma with notes of toffee, backed by mildly fruity and slightly spicy hops. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Mildly bready malt character with notes of toffee and honey, accompanied by mildly floral and delicately spicy hops; sweet malty and restrained hop bitter finish with a touch of honey. Nothing special. 31.VIII.18

Bottle, many thanks pivnizub! Rather clear deep amber color with eggshell head. Aroma is malty, bready, sweetish fruity hops, rustic earthiness. Taste is fruity hops, black breadcrust, rustic grains. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Rustic and hoppy at the same time. Decent!

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A slightly hazy deep amber beer with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mid sweet caramelish and grainy malt. Taste of sweet caramelish malt, grains, hints of honey.

Bottle from Rudat. Smooth malty nose. The beer starts malty smooth, refreshing with fruity hints. Easy to drink with a fruity and round aroma, deep and refreshing with a moderate bitterness, dry grainy hints in the body but lots of fruitiness and malty sweetness. Very nice and balanced, deep and refreshing. Nice one.

0.33 l bottle from ’Hopfenrausch’, 2017 vintage, best before August 2017. Hazy, dark golden amber with a massive, dense, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, malty, slightly floral and a bit yeasty aroma of straw, honey, peach and some clove. Quite sweet, malty, yeasty-spicy and slightly floral taste of straw, clove, peach and hints of honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather yeasty-spicy and slightly dry finish. Above medium-bodied, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Not bad, but not really what you’d expect from a Maibock, quite off.

Bottle (@Trinkhalle BO): Deep golden to amber coloured, hazy, small off-white head; mild grainy-fruity nose, a yeasty toch is barely detectable, but a hoppy influence is as well hardly detectable; mild sweetish-bitterish flavour, very light bodied for a Bock, a bit fizzy; slightly lingering grainy-fruity finish, balancing hops hardly detectable. An amateurish brew. Surely interesting for "Craft-Bier" hipsters...

Hopfig süßer Antrunk mit leicht holzigen Noten. Minimale Säure, hopfiger werdend, passend getreidig. Süffig, mild hell hopfiger Abgang. 10/11/12/11/11/12
