Smell of wheat, some yeast. Hazy brown colour, white head. Aroma of wheat, grain, yeast. Malty finish. Very long bready finish. Medium sweet with a mild bitterness. Flat carbon.

Bottle 50 cl. Cloudy dark yellow with a good white foam. Aroma: wheat with sourness, a little spicy, a little banana, light sweetness. Taste: wheat with sourness, cloves, banana, I expected something more.

0,5 l bottle from Bierzwerg, Greven. Flat murky orange golden with a nearly three finger white frothy head. Grainy malty smell, less fruity. Taste is also flat, low fruity, low malty. Boring.

Bottle from The Curious Hop, Otley. Pours a hazy amber colour with a large creamy white head. Very lively carbonation, big bubbles. Aromas of wheat, grains, banana, white bread and hints of cloves. Taste seems to be more grainy and bready than the average Hefe with lighter tones of banana and cloves. Light bodied, fair amount of carbonation on the palate and a slightly oily mouthfeel. Average Hefeweizen if maybe a little different.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. But hazy dull golden with white head. Dull dough, a touch of banana, peach, soft yeasty, apricot jam, bready. Quite sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied. Meh.

On tap at Aldstadt Hotel, Zum Hechten, Füssen, Germany. Hazy yellowy gold with a with a large white head. Light fizziness in the mouth, usual wheaty characteristics are there but subtle in the delivery, light citrus. Good but just a little thin.
