330 ml bottle, batch #1849, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Nearly clear pale golden colour, slightly hazy when the yeast is poured in the end, moderate to small white head. Moderate aroma of wheat, coriander seeds and chamomile, only a hint of orange peel. Thin body. Citric flavour, distinct notes of chamomile and orange peel, moderate coriander, minimal hops. Next time, skip the chamomile, and use more curacao orange peel and coriander seeds, please. A little more hops would not hurt.

Bottle. It pours a very lightly hazy golden colored body under a small off-white head. The aroma is quite spiced and herbal, with a citrusy, lemony fruityness, some bready pale malts and a faint flowery touch. It's medium to full-bodied, semi-dry and softly carbonated, with a bit too much yeastyness. Fruityness, some lemon and herbal hints, flowery notes too, with bread, pale malts and a pleasant coriander note. Medium length finish, semi-dry and smooth. Not sure if I think the camomile flower addition is a good idea. 210908

Bottle. Slightly unclear golden body under a big, creamy white head. Aroma is slightly spicy with pale mat, wheat and a bit soapy with a touch of marmalade. Not very typical a Belgium Wit in aroma. Taste is mild and fresh with pale malt, what, hint of coriander and some kind of slightly sour flower (make me think about the water from a flowerpot.). Medium body and a bit short in aftertaste. Somehow a bit unusually, but light and fresh. Might getting more used to this after another bottle.

330ml bottle, #1849, from Vinmonopolet Langnes. A pale golden body with a wheat haze. Remaining chalk white head, Scent of ripe citrus, wheat, and a mild spicy note. Citrus to the taste buds, moments of lemon, orange and lime, lightly spiced. Quite refreshingly fruity ending. Medium bodied. Satisfying. (Tromsø 28.07.2021).
