American IPA: stilul asta de bere a revolutionat lumea berilor artizanale. Desi a iesit din lumina reflectoarelor in ultimii ani lasand loc IPA urilor suculente, noua ne-a ramas aproape de inima. Hameiuri din Yakima Valley, Citra si Mosaic, pe o baza de malt britanic Maris Otter, si o drojdie de tip West Coast, puse cap la cap cu dibacie, creeaza o bere cu un echilibru imbatabil. Aroma citrica predominanta, amareala reminescenta de grapefruit si cateva note fructate exotice, completeaza gustul acestei beri de 6% alc.

Hell getreidiger, weich herber Beginn. Spritzig, leicht zunehmend hopfig, trocken, zum Ende grasig-bitter. Gut. 10/10/8/9//9

From tap at Ironic Taproom, Bucharest, 10.09.23. Hazy straw colour. White head and lacing. Aroma and taste of fresh citrus, peach, pale malt, mango and marmalade. Balanced by lingering citrus bitterness ans sweet mandarins. Good!

Glass at ironic, golden beer, small head. Aroma is citrus, hops, fruity, malt. Taste is the same, bitter, sweet, fruity, hops. Nice

Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of dank hops, tropical fruits and citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.
