300ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, amber colour with average, frothy, slowly diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally bready, grainy, malty and herbal hoppy as well as minimally yeasty spicy aroma, hints of brown bread crust, a touch of peppermint, waxy overtones. Taste is floral hoppy and slightly yeasty spicy, diluted, malty basis, veggie overtones, a touch of asparagus.
Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, prickly to lively carbonation.
Watery, slightly overcarbonated, rather veggie flavours - not really convincing.

Inderdaad een tafelbier. Past eigenlijk bij alle maaltijden. Verfrissend voor bij heet. Drogig voor bij zoet. Moutig voor bij de zuurkool. Geslaagd!

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is grainy malt with straw, bread, a touch of minerals, and soft herbal hops. Flavour is moderate bitter, body is light. Fits the Maallust lineup. Light and nicely grainy.

Bottle from shop at Landal Aelderholt. Color: Hazy golden, frothy off-white head. Aroma: Malty and hoppy, some citrus. Taste: Malty, subtle herbal notes, floral and citrus hop. Caramel. Light sweetness, moderate bitterness. Just under medium body, average carbonation. Somewhat more hoppy bitterness. Ok.

30cl Fles van Maallust. Iets troebel goudgeel bier, witte kraag. Iets moutig, typisch Maallust-zoetje, degelijk bittertje, iets kruidig. Lichte body. Niet heel spannend, maar prima voor wat t is.

Beetje troebel goud, flink zin om te schuimen. Nat hooi, knisperend heldere gerst & graan aroma’s, met een randje van bittere en licht kruidige hop. Beetje waterig maar erg smaakvol, en zonder kindersmaakjes.
