Bottle shared in Meldrum. It pours orangey - gold with a bubbly white head. The aroma is soft, funky, barnyard, brett, sponge cake with vanilla custard, orange marmalade sandwich, muffin, gooseberry fool and grape must. The taste is dry, tart, musty, funky, granny smith apple, gooseberry, white grape skin, sherbet, orange peel, puckering sourness, oak, light tannin and dried leaves with a drying finish. Medium body and a touch of soft carbonation. Great depth and high drinkability. Colour me impressed.

very light golden color. Flat with massive dandelion flowery nose. Very intense with lemon and almost potpourri character. No carbonation. Tons of oak tons of flower. A bit wild, not in the way lambic is wild but more like a wild pitch at a baseball game

Moze nie lambik, bo slodkawe, niezbyt kwasne, malo zlozone, troche owocowe, ciut drozdzwe jakby... niemniej smaczne. Tylko nie lambik :( 3.4

Bottle (thanks fatphil). Pours golden. Aroma is funk, booze, fruits, citrus. Flavor is sour, sweet, funk, bitter, lemon, apricot, some bitterness. Feels young and boozy for some reason. Overall: good.
