On tap at Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. Fruity, apples, funk, nice fruity tartness, moderate sweetness. Easy drinkable and refreshing. Hazy yellow, no head.

BIAB at Caps Off, Bishop Auckland. Hazy yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of fleshy apple, funky. Taste is juicy apple, light tartness, fruity with mellow funk, leathery, orchardy and alittle drying tannin. Light to medium bodied, low carbonation, dry fruity finish. Quite drinkable.

Bladder bag at the Stable, Bingoham - scoping ciders with the old man, 02/08/19. Lightly hazed golden pour. Nose is bitter sweet apple pulp, grains, straw. Taste comprises apple pips, straw, light background sugar, orchard wood whisper. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent.

Tap. Hazy golden color with soapy white head. Aroma is apple peel, vanilla, good amount of funk. Taste is apple sauce, custard, funk. Not completely dry, but pretty dry finish, flat. Oily mouthfeel. Not bad.

Cask @ Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are apples, fruits, sulphur, flowers and has a nice fruity finish.

Cask @ Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. Light hazy yellow without head. Aroma is sweet apples, apple core and barnyard. Flavor is medium sweet and slightly acidic. Dry finish. 250717
