Una bomba de llúpol pels amants dels aromes afruitats. Amb maltes clares i presència de flocs de civada, ordi i blat, aquesta cervesa és clara i tèrbola, i deixa una sensació agradable a cada glop. La NEIPA és un estil molt reconegut als Estats Units, d'on en són originàries. Les edicions fetes amb la tècnica de fred directe al fermentador (20 g/L) fa que guanyi en potents aromes i gustos. Bouteille 33cl, BB 07/2024, lot# 23052.
Pâle sur un léger trouble, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme sur un léger parfum résineux accompagné par des notes de fruits tropicaux.
Palais garde ce caractère léger de haze, fruité tirant sur les agrumes, mangue, nectarine avec une pointe de pamplemousse rose.
Malté apporte la bonne balance, correcte.

26/IV/22 - 33cl bottle from Colmado L’Estuca Supermercat (Girona), shared @ picnic lunch in the parc (Girona), BB: IV//2023, L22016 (2022-425)

Pretty cloudy orange to peachy pink-orange beer, small creamy yellowish head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: bit malty, grassy hops, tropical fruits, juicy, mango, orange peel, a bit oxidized. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit of a chemical bitterness, pretty harsh, paint thinner, very bitter, grassy, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: hoppy, bitter, a little metallic, harsh bitterness, very resinous, slightly fruity, some pineapple, a bit sourish, ok, no greath, lachs some aroma.
