Stranded on a desolate road with nothing but the backpack that reminds him it wasn’t always like this. Lavish parties, mansions, and fountains of hazy IPA used to be the norm. He didn’t choose the Ferrari lifestyle. It chose him. It may escape him now, but this stallion will ride again. We vibed out with our compadres at Lua Brewing Company to manifest liquid opulence. Brewed with a pretentiously golden aesthetic, loaded with luxuriously oil-laden hops, and soft as thousand thread count sheets. Drink fresh. Pinkies out.

Can. It's an unclear orange colored beer with a nice-looking finger-thick off-white head. Some curtains. Super-hoppy aroma with grapefruit, pine cones, blood orange and a generic tropical fruityness. Some pale malts. It's full-bodied, smooth and faintly warming, with a soft bitterness. Pine cones, grapefruit, orange and tropical fruityness. Some maltyness. Lasting finish with hops dominating. Pleasant and easy drinkable. 210901

Can sourced from Ales and Brews and drunk at home (16/08/2021) - hazy yellow orange with a white head. Out of the five hops Sabro leads here delivering lots of succulent sweet pineapple, light dusting of coconut, lots of passion fruit and stone fruit peach and mango coming in, citrus undertones and citrus rind, medium body, solid hoppy close. Gorgeous.

Tall can from Ktown liquor at home. Hazy translucent peach pour with puffy white head. Aroma is tropical peach punch - hits you from a ways off. Super juicy fuzzy citrus pith. Taste is similar, with a mango peach juiciness tempered by solid citrus pine bitterness. Lighter palate, less prickly fizz. More tropical than the Scorpius DIPA from Toppling Goliath I had recently. Palate is less interesting. Both excellent, but I liked that better.

Taster showing lightly hazy pale gold with a head of clean white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of tropical citrus and cannabis. Notes of pineapple, kiwi, and mango. The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Moderately intense notes of sharp pine and cannabis with a good malt backbone and more pine bitterness on the finish with hints of pineapple.
