28/XII/24 - on tap @ Roue Libre brasserie (Strasbourg), BB: n/a (2024-1343)

Clear dark brown to black beer, creamy solid beige head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, good roast, some alcohol, dried fruits, raisins, figs. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sweet, lots of dried fruits, raisins, dates, soft roast, some alcohol, a bit malty. Aftertaste: sweet touch, some chocolate, gentle roast, alcohol, bitter touch, coffee, dried fruits, meh. Ok, but not very convincing.
