16 oz can. Pours a fairly hazy pale yellow with a white head. Bretty aroma, tart but mild apple. Flavor is fairly light but has a very nice brettiness to it. Dry (as it says on the can) with restrained tart apple, herbs, and pale malt. I like it despite the lightness.

Pint can from Jack's Fresh Market Menominee, 5/27/23. Michigan #992. Hazy orange, thin fizzy beige head, poor retention. Aroma of Brett, lemon, funk, green hops. Taste is stone fruit, olive, funk, Brett, citrus. High carb, lingering sour. Listed as a saison, but comes across as a sour. Nice.

Hazy medium orange body, thin off-white head. Aroma mostly Bretty funk, with notes of tart lemon, horse blanket, and sulfur. Crisp, biting body, initially tart then dusty, woody, and sulfuric, with grape and lemon. It's weird pouring these from the can, as everything about the beer suggests an old, dusty bottle. Very nice.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clearish gold with two fingers of foam that lingers. Classic European aromas of mineral, horseblanket and dried lemon peel...as it warms some dried honey and tea notes. Dry and bretty on the palate with more dried honey and dried pineapple. Perfect carbonation. This is one of the best saisons I've had in Michigan. Excellent.
