Bottle. An unclear dark brown beer with a finger-thich beige head of moderate size. The aroma has lots of roasted malts, dark rye bread, toffee, dark dried fruits, blue grapes, vinous notes, some chocolate and a pleasant alcohol touch. Toffee, vanilla hints, spiced almost rum-like scents and a hint of blackberry. It's full-bodied, warming and sweet on the palate, with lots of deliciousness. Roasted malts, coffee, dark chocolate, toffee, vinous and oaked flavors, alcohol and berries in the flavor. Lasting sweet finish with berries, oak and alcohol hints, coffee grit and some dark chocolate. Everlasting complex, tasteful finish which only leaves you craving for more. Bottle. More than less pitch-black body under a small beige head. Gentle carbonation. Strong aroma of dark malt, wood, red wine, red berries, dry fruit, some toffee and hint of vanilla. Taste is medium sweet, super smooth malt, red berries, red wine, dry fruit, wood, balanced bitterness and warming vinous alcohol. Full bodied and everlasting aftertaste. A superb, tasty, smooth and balanced quad, not too sweet and surprisingly mild alcohol for the ABV.

Bottle. Color: Almost black, thin beige head. Aroma: Red wine, dark malt, dark fruit. Taste: Sweetish, dark malt, dark dried fruit, red wine, oak wood, tannins, some vanilla and some caramel / fudge notes. Over moderate sweet, moderate bitterness. Over medium to full body, just below average carbonation. Another very nice, not too sweet and quite complex BA beer from this brewery.
