This refreshing beer was brewed with a blend of red wheat, white wheat, and oats. It was gently hopped with Tettnang and Perle, then finished off in a whirlpool with Juniper berries, Coriander, and Orange peel. Simple, refreshing, and delicious.

Keg at Right Proper, DC, 13/04/23. Moderately hazed orange with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is herb, orange peel, straw, hedgerow, grains. Taste comprises grains, mellow citric zest, light white peppery spice, yeast esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad for the style.

Ever so slightly hazy pale golden and even a bit orange coloured body with a small, one to two centimetre tall off-white head that's a bit oily and leaves a nasty lace on the sides of the glass. Aroma of wheat, coriander seed, a dash of thyme and a slight floral, especially from a lavender and slight nutmeg and deeper spicey note at the end. Light-bodied; Strong coriander seed flavours dominate with a heavy dose of cardamom and nutmeg as well, with a floral bite and a lot of wheat here too, of course, and a nice sweetness at the end. Aftertaste is crisp, but fairly standard for the style, with the coriander seed, curacao, nutmeg, cardamom and especially wheatie notes with some mild sweetness and grassiness, but enough flavour to make this complex and nice! Overall, a pretty nice and robust beer for the style with a good wheatie and yeastie kick with some nice sweetness and spice notes to make this worth drinking, as it's so easy to do so! Nice to have, fresh and from the city where it's from! I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Whole Foods in Washington (Eye Street NW - Foggy Bottom), D.C. on 24-November-2021, canned on 08-July-2021 with the tagline 'Right Bucket' and sampled at my house here in Washington on 21-December-2021.

12 ounce can from Everett’s South Beloit, 9/3/22. Hazy yellow, thin white head, average retention. Aroma of orange, wheat, coriander. Taste is lemon, orange, coriander, wheat. Crisp, mild lingering spice. Almost too sweet but still balanced nicely. Simple but made well.
