Pint at the Shaw location pours a clear, dark gold with a cap of white head. Nose has grains, some corn, yeasty dough. Flavor is crisp with malt and some lemon and a little metal. Dry finish. Easy drinker. Well made.

Can. Cool can art - really captured the era from where it originated. Aroma was sweet crispness, corn. I think I was hoping for something a bit more like DC Brau Heurich's Lager, which had a nice, corny, creamy consistency. This was just a bit too industrial. Maybe they nailed it, but it really needed something else to really make it pop. Still pretty nice, and a good beer to have on deck for those who aren't as into craft.

Alright for what it is. Some crispness. Easy enough drinking. Still kind of a let down like the Ottawa hockey team. Golden pour with decent head. No cloying flavours - it's clean at least. Tap at Brookland brewery.
