Draught at Canary Square, 6/30/21.
Heavily cloudy, drab bronze. Off-white head quickly dissipates.
Sourness mixes with juicy melon and light sweetness from the malt. Good balance and acidity with no flaw or cheap concentrate.
In the mouth it has watermelon juice notes that are well-attenuated with a soft, slick, malty texture and tight carbonation. Plentiful salt on the end cuts both acidity and sweetness. Maybe a bit too salty? Kind of takes away from the refreshing character of it. But the watermelon is done wonderfully so it's hard to be too mad.

On tap at Finback. Pours gold. Watermelon, sweet melon, lemon, tart, salt. Medium body. Refreshing.

Can at Brooklyn location: pours light orange with small head. Aroma is loads of watermelon and some mineral. Taste is watermelon, but because it is artificial sort of has an artificial watermelon flavor. Finish is nice and salty.
