50 cl bottle @ home with friends.Dark colour. Medium off-white head.Roasted malts, nuts, floral/herbal hops.Long lasting bitter floral finish.Medium body.Refreshing ,tasty and interesting.

Ungespundet at Zum Fransiscaner in Stockholm.
Small lingering grey head.
Mildcroasted nalty aroma, but also a bit of old vegetables.
Excellent tadte of roasted malt and a touch of caramell malt.

Bayerische Anstich at Zum Franziskaner. Dark brown with a creamy head. Malt, some chocolate, mild caramel and some nuts. Soft bitterness.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga. 5,1% ABV.

Malty aroma with chocolate. Malty taste with raisins and chocolate. Thin bodied. Slight bitter, metallic finish. (5 3 6 2 10 = 2.6) Re-rate sept 2011. Bottle. Dark brown color. Caramelly bready aroma. malty roasty caramelly sweetish flavor. Roasty finish. Well balanced tasty brew.

Bottle from landbierparadies.Clear dark brown colour, creamy white foam. Rather sweet dunkel, lots of caramel, some notes of cocoa, light roasted malts. Easy drinkable.

“Mager Dunkel“, vom Faß beim Mager in Pottenstein. - Kastanienrotbraun, klar. - In der Nase neben dunklem Malz und milden Röstnoten wieder die aromatisch kräuterige Hopfennote, die auch die übrigen Biere vom Mager auszeichnet. - Mild aber aromatisch nussig-röstmalzig, zart rauchig, auf den ersten Schluck etwas dünn aber mit gediegener Hopfenherbe. Mild rezent, leicht alkalisch, angenehm trocken. - Langer, trocken-röstmalzig bitterer Nachtrunk. - Enorm stimmiges, kernig malziges Dunkles individueller Prägung. Herausragend.

Darkest brown. Aroma is weet basement moss melasses slight sulfur and copper. Taste is metallic dark malt. Melasses. Brown sugar. Black bread finish. Ok.

Tap. Clear brown color with ruby highlight and a creamy off-white head with huge carbonation visible. Aroma is chocolate, earthy. Taste is chocolate, earthy, nutty, medium sweet. Oily mouthfeel with spritzy carbonation. Tasty enough.
