Can - I’m a big fan of the two hops showcased here - together, though, they seem to be just slightly less than the sum of their parts - the vanilla of the lotus and the coconut of the Sabro work well together, as do their tropical notes - but it’s in the qualities of their bitterness where they appear to clash - there is something overly acidic and abrasive in their interplay, and the alcohol presence just exacerbates this quality, leading to a generally rough and abrasive beer overall, despite the other pleasant characteristics.

Can thanks to Ben. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is pine and citrus. Slick body, melon, pine, light bitterness, very good.
