Evermore is our rustic pale wheat ale brewed using a traditional step mash with locally grown wheat malt from Thall Family Malt. Pale yellow in color, it is late hopped with German Tettnang to impart a beautiful citrus like character. Evermore sits in our copper coolship for on hour and is then transferred over our baudelot cooler. A warm open fermentation creates aromas reminiscent of pear orchards and sprawling wheat fields.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: copper color with a slight transparency and a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated to leave some light lace
Aroma: rustic with subtle funk then with a mix of green and red apples; a light clove spice; a touch of hay/grass; sweet wheat and a touch of citrusy character
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet then underscored by a light spicy to semi-bitter quality; finishes with the mix of those apples, light clove and funky/tart character
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; fairly smooth along the tongue; some brush of clove rubs on the tongue but extremely faint
Overall: I say a pretty nicely done APWA in a pretty different sort of way to the style, put this up with a football game in Autumn and I'll call it a day then.

Tfontana with the can share. Thank you. Flavor wheat esters (banana, apple, rustic grain). The coolship adds the mild funk and dusty nuances. Crisp texture light body

Can pour from The Beer Store, Nashua. It's a hazy dark yellow with thin cap of head with decent retention and light soapy lacing. Aroma is strong wheat with tart fruit element. Taste is strong wheat and tart fruit. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, nice base wheat ale but digging the open fermentation contribution. Nice.

Pours hazy deep gold into a weizen. Bright white micro head with good retention recedes to coat surface leaving trailing sheets. Sour, overripe banana aromas. Soft with banana bread and sourdough upfront turning to earthy dried pit fruit, citrus peel and bitter apple in the lasting finish.

Can at home. Not the prettiest pour. Nose is clove and some fruits. Tastes of wheat bread, pears, floral, banana. Slightly watery.

Canned 5/18/21, drunk 6/17/21.
Moderate haze, though the can was disturbed. Sunny range of oranges with a fizzy, white head showing light retention. Looks like a weizen yeast.
Banana and clove in the nose with a fair amount of acidity. Malts are a bit shy.
Banana and clove strong in the flavor, the clove drying out the lightly sweet, honeyed malts. Soft wheat improves the texture somewhat. There's a strange, green pepper or mint-like note that seems a bit too bitter. A bit fizzy/watery. Kind of somewhat sloppy, though it's not bad or anything. Could definitely use a softer texture and deeper malts. It's a bit loose/watery.
