750 mL bottled April 30, 2020, pour at Tørst, 4/29/23. Light chill haze, strawberry-tinted brass-golden. Small, white head, low retention. Vanilla, herb, spice, light lactic and Brett, funky culture and mineral. Expressive and clean. Juicy and spicy, gentle acidity with soft oak and vanilla. Good attenuation, lingering funk and mineral. Great malt depth and good dryness on finish. Balanced.

Bottle, shared at Tørst. Pours bright glowing translucent orange. Lemongrass, orange zest, tart lime juice, intense floral notes, delicate white wine vinegar, lemon zest, bramble, pear skin, white raspberry, white grape, passionfruit. Light spritz. Excellent.
