(Thanks, Roman! mansquito) A- Woody, malt, toast. A- Brown color, clear liquid, tan head. T- Raisin, rye, caramel, malt, bread dough. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- This really hit the spot on a cool late summer day as we head into fall. Starting the season off right with this one. I would appreciate lagers so much more if they were brewed like this. Well done all around. I underrated this for sure.

Can from the source: pours ruby red with beige head. Enticing appearance. Aroma is woody, dark fruits, caramel malt, hints of toast. Taste is lightly bitter, caramel, fruity. Mouthfeel is a little sticky. Nice lingering aftertaste. Excellent. Threes has been very good at lagers recently.

Can, courtesy of mansquito. Pours very dark rubescent brown. Chocolate, cherry, walnut, orange peel, slightly earthy, little sweetness, almost no hint of booze. Medium body. Gorgeous.
