A mouthwateringly tart and savory beer, this sour ale was condition on incredible amounts of cranberry, and just enough sweet, juicy oranges to compliment the tartness of the cranberry. Followed up by brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and lactose to replicate a freshly baked cinnamon roll on the back end.

Can, very firm can. Pours murky red with a huge rapidly growing head. Cinnamon, orange, sweet cinnamon roll icing, yoghurt, tart cranberry, a legitimately fairly sour finish. Overcarbed body. Pretty good.

Can thanks to Brian. Pours a hazy amber with large frothy off white head. The aroma is strong cinnamon, cranberry, orange slices. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, a bit vinegary finish, good.

Keg at BD TH, 12/12/19. Reddish pink with a decent faded crimson cap. Nose is tarte red berries, sharp citric zest, cranberry twang, grass, Taste fllws cherry skins, a touch overly acidic, fruit balsams, glazed berries, tarte cranberry. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a rising acidic throat scrape. Decent but maybe just a touch overly acidic for a low boost sour.

Keg at BD Inverurie. It pours crazy bright red with a tiny white head. The aroma is oily, tart, tangy, very fruity, cranberry, fruit cocktail, festive spice, cinnamon, raspberry and fruit smoothie. The taste is dry, juicy, tart, tangy, puckering, juicy, cranberry, tangy orange, grapple, sherbet, zingy, fruit cordial, some warming spice, cinnamon, big red and grape with a dry, tangy finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Fun and novel stuff. Works better tjna you would expect from the ingredient list.

Keg at BD Tower Hill. The cinnamon is the most prominent element of the aroma. The fruitiness is overpowered. Cloudy cranberry red. Thin bubbly translucent white head. Light-medium sour. Cranberry and orange juice. A sweet edge and the sourness is then further smoothed out by the subtle cinnamon which closes proceedings. As I drink more the orange becomes prominent. Light-medium bodied. Thin if slick. Dry astringent finish. Enjoyable stuff if not drunk too quickly.
