Clear amber with a big white fluffy foam that dissipates quickly, leaving no lacings. Pure and clean aroma of a refined bready, slight biscuity maltiness along with a grassy, hay-like hop profile. Taste is malty, with bread, butter and a slight growing bitter, grassy hop tone. Medium body, medium carbo, slight oily texture. Well balanced, not too far from a Helles.
