Bottle. Golden colour, beautiful frothy head. Aroma is banana, lemon, white bread. Light bitterness. Medium carbonation. Good.

500 ml bottle. Clear amber with big foamy head. Bread, malts, hay. Flat taste, slightly sweet almost no bitterness. Soft carbonated, light bodied. Weak Landbier.

Flasche („Das gute Zirndorfer Landbier“, 50 cl) aus einem Edeka-Markt in Berlin. - Die ominöse Angabe „Vertrieb: Brauerei Zirndorf“ deutet nur an, was sich inzwischen herumgesprochen hat: alle Zirndorfer Biere werden nun bei Tucher in Fürth gebraut. - Goldbraun, klar. - In der Nase weiches karamelliges Malz mit milder Brotkruste, kein Hopfen. - Antrunk matt karamelmalzig-weich, stumpf malzsüß, schwache seifige Noten, scharfer grüner Apfel. Milde aber wenig aromatische, dumpfe Herbe, üble Anklänge an Schweineschmalz (vom Hopfenextrakt). Gut rezent, etwas dünn. Im Abgang schwache aber derbe Bittere und mehr Schweineschmalz, das bis in den fiesen Nachtrunk bleibt. - Billiges Machwerk der Industriebrauerei Tucher, das sich schamlos mit dem heimeligen Ambiente der stillgelegten Zirndorfer Brauerei schmückt.

Herrliches Bernstein im Glas, cremiger Schaum. In der Nase sehr malzig. Im Trunk würzig, cremig, Karamell, Getreide, passt.

Jan. ’16. A 0.5 l bottle shared with Marko and ogivlado. It poured a clear amber body with a small head. Stale malty - caramel and egg aroma. Nah. Flavor was lightly sweet, this time keller notes were pleasant, grainy with honey and some herbal hop bitterness towards the end. Medium bodied. Okay, nothing special though.
