(Bottle) Hazy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, nose with notes of elderflower, lemon, candied citrus peel and a touch of sponge cake. Fruity, tart taste with lemon, elderflower, gooseberries, white bread and a dry and tart finish with hardly any bitterness. Light body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Can from ghost whale. Pale hazy colour with a white head. Aroma elderflower, citrus and floral. Taste moderately sour. Crisp body.

Tap. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is elderflower, gooseberries, yoghurt, clean fresh yeast. Taste is elderflower, fresh dough, tart, gooseberries. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very good!

Keg at beaverfest. Pours golden, nose is funk, lime, taste is tart, juicy, sharp citrus.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Red (session Trois), 11/05/18. Golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is pissy lemon, straw, funk, grains. Taste comprises lemon tinged straw, light spice, stoned green berrues, white peppery spice, funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Not bad.

Tap@MBCC 2018 Red Session, Copenhagen - golden coloured pour with white head. Light fruity and malty with some grassy hoppy notes, some citrus fruity accents, light body and carbonation, yeast, pinch of salt, dry fruity finish.
