[5/12/18] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018. Green session. Cloudy yellow. Funk, elderflower, tart, juicy, citric. Very nice and refreshing.

Tap. Pours golden. Aroma is sour, sweat, lacto. Flavor is sour, berries, some sweetness, lscto. Bidy is watery. Overall: drinkable.

MBCC 2018. Red. Pedal to the Metal session. Keg. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth semi dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, mildly sweet. Dry floral mid. Light and thin citrus. Dry finish. Quite dry but clean.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear golden, minimal head. Aroma of elderflowers and lemon juice. Mid sweet with distinct tartness and medium body, low carbonation. Elderflowers, gooseberry and citric acid. Mid bitter finish.

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 12/05/2018 at "Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2018", Copenhagen. Clear golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is elderflower, lemon, grass and yeast. Taste is the same leading to a fruity and slightly sour, dry and tart finish. Next one please!

Flaska från SB. En gose med mycket jäst, mjölksyrekultur och vete. Fläder är faktiskt inte så dominerande som den ofta blir. Frisk och syrlig med en liten stram örtig beska som också har en del fläderkaraktär. Trevlig.
