Goldings, Fuggles and American Cascade hops. Crisp, citrus hop aroma. Balanced, bittersweet finish. Strong and very memorable.

Clear deep golden color with a fine off white head. Looks really nice. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and a fine carbonation. Toffee, citric and fruity flavor. Lovely tasty English ale.

Gylden brun klar med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Lukter karamell, trevirke og korn. Middels fylde. Middels bitter. Lite sødme.

30th Sep 2015: hand-pulled cask pint in my local Wetherspoons. Light amber/orange body, full head that gave lacing as the beer level fell. Different beast to it’s bottled brother, this has a bigger hop profile in my opinion and is less malty throughout. Having said that hop heads might find it less hoppy than they would expect for an old style IPA.

Amber gold, clear, with medium off-white head. Grassy hops aroma, hints of grapefruit. The taste is toasted malty, caramel toffee with a dry finish.

Aroma eple, sitrus, malt. Utseende klar orange til gylden med hvitt skum. Smak Malt, humle, eple, bittersøt, fruktig i ettersmaken. En mild og fruktig ipa, ikke veldig bitter. Smakt Aug 2015

From the very old notes, hence this is not a real rating, but more just a mark to myself that I have tried this at one point. Ok hoppy slightly spicy brew, but lacks real character.

50cl bottle. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head. Nose - grapes, apples, biscuits. Taste - green apples from start to finish. Maybe a little lemon and biscuits. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - an enjoyable ale.

Hazy orange. Moderate head. Modest aroma of caramel, butter. Earthy notes. Medium body. Bittersweet taste. Well rounded. Hoppy finish.
