Geschmack sehr röstmalzig, angenehm cremig, schokoladig, erdig.

Very ordinary stout with a modest taste of coffee and chocolate. The oyster was hard to detect. This one could use some more taste.

Bottle from Tesco. Poured a dark mahogany colour with a frothy tan head. The aroma is creamy malt leading to a medium bitter flavour with a slightly watery smooth weak liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from Morrisons. Looks good. Yep, lovely looking. Easy on the eye. Aesthetically pleasing, no doubt about it. Has it gone yet?... Nope. Still here. Looks good though...

Nose is very light, some toast, some malt. Taste, strong licourich leading to a little caramel and coffee in the finish. Mouthfeel is far too thin for the style. Inoffensive.

0.5l bottle. Black body, tan head. Aroma of coffee, floral hops and dark fruits. Dark fruity taste with some roasted malts and floral hops. Not bad, but not stouty enough for me. Tastes a bit more like a porter.

Duft av malt og sjokolade. Tynt sittende skum langs kant. God ettersmak.

24/05 A 0.5 l bottle. Since I completely forgot about it to date I’m writing this review, not a good sign, yet, after all fine beers that evening it’s not a wonder. So, pitch black body with small compact brownish head. Weaker coffee aroma, smooth coffee flavor, lightly sweet with notes of dark chocolate with some fruits. Medium bodied with moderate, roasted malt finish, especially diluted coffee. Not bad, but, as said on the beginning, unmemorable in sea of its kind.
