Nils Oscar Granat är en öl i tjeckisk stil, en lättdrucken, torr lageröl med fin fräschör. Den smakar rikligt av karamell och har en mycket fruktig arom. Humlesorterna Saaz, Tettnang och Herkules är det som ger ölet dess fina beska och humlekaraktär.

(Bottle) Reddish amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty nose with notes of caramel, brown bread, dried fruit, orange peel and spices. Malty taste with caramel, bread, dried fruit, orange peel, hay and a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Well balanced and well made amber lager. Nice one.

Aroma malt, karamell, humle. Utseende klar halvmørk brun med offwhite skum. Smak malt, karamell, mørke frukter, humle. saftig og medium fyldig øl med god maltsødme og godt balansert på smak og bitterhet. Smakt Mai -18

Clear brown. Aroma is dark malt slight berries caramel. Taste is sour with some caramel sweetness dry finish with some hop bitterness. A bit too grainy. Meh.

Bottle. Red amber, offwhite head. Perfumed hops, smoke, light honey and roast, light ashen. Medium body, chewy, light dust, berry, dry finish. Nice classic hops retronasal.

Bottle, many thanks Nische! Clear amber color with white head. Aroma is toffee, caramel, grassy. Taste is the same. Quite light-bodied. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Good!

Bottle from Systembolaget Östersund. A deep red colour whcich is appealing but nothing really special comes out in this beer.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours deep amber with a creamy, beige head. Malty, bready with caramel, grains and some fresh herbs. Decently drinkable.
