12oz bottle pours a clear burnt orange, no head. Nose has candy and malt, a little salad dressing, a bit industrial. Flavor is sweet tart, some malt, leather and apple cider vinegar. Full, a little hot, high acid finish. Probably a year or two too aged.

12oz bottle. Nice wine barrel tone. At 8.2 has some body and depth. Leathery Brett. 5 years age worked pretty well.

The aromas are a combination of red wine vinegar, Oak and beer. Flavors are like nose, nicely tart with a little sweet to balance and good carbonation. Decent body and a slightly sweet tart finish.

355ml bottle. Opalescent, minimally faint, copper colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Funky and vinous fruity, slightly woody aroma, hints of blue grapes, oak, some brett, a touch of leather. Taste is sweet-and-sour, vinous fruity, slightly dry, funky, bretty, yeasty spicy, woody, notes of blue grapes, some oak, a touch of leather; sour, acidic finish with a touch of vinegar. Slightly oily, watery texture, astringent palate, very fine, soft, minmally prickly carbonation. Rather sour, pretty vinous - quite nice.

Bottle from Half Time in Poughkeepsie, NY. Pours clear dark copper with a foamy near-white head. Slightly tart red wine aromas. Med body. Flavor is red wine, mildly musty oak, and darker prunus fruits. Dry. Woody. Winy. Even a tad earthy. Fantastic product.

12 oz. 2020 bottle. Aroma has notes of plum, barrel, red wine, vanilla, Brett, cinnamon. Pours a hazy rosy golden hue with a one finger off-white head that falls into a big-bubbly ring after a minute. Taste is light to moderately sour (6/10), a little savory, finishing lightly to moderately bitter. Lots of the red wine barrel coming through highlighting dark fruit character. Pretty complex and very tasty.
