Can. Small head with medium duration. Color is red/purple. Aroma and taste are rich sour raspberries, fruits, lactose acid and mslt. Nice light sour finish.

Can from Tesco. BBE in 5 months. My first sour beer. Pinkish cloudy hue. Aroma of tart sour raspberries. The level of acidity is a bit of a shock, the raspberries come through and don't taste artificial, quite sour but I got used to that over the course of the brew. Lightish body but smooth at the same time, moderate carbonation. I really don't know what to make of this style yet.

Thornbridge, the hugely influential pioneer in modern English craft brewing, proves that they are still in touch with today's trends with this Florida Weisse, the fruited offspring of Berliner Weisse that first gained commercial success in Florida. Can from Geers. Thick, mousy, irregularly lacing, off-white head on a misty peach-pink head with salmon tinge. Aroma of a lot of ripe juicy raspberries, cherry tomatoes, white yoghurt, pink grapefruit flesh, lime juice, chalk, unripe watermelon flesh, sourdough. Lots of vivid, colourful raspberry juiciness and acidity in the mouth, in a vibrant, 'cristalline' kind of way, lively carbonated and matching with notes of peach, green apple and pineapple on the sides; sourdoughy core, supple and light, under ongoing raspberry juiciness and freshness, with gently but refreshingly drying sourness from both the fruit and - softer - lactic tartness. The raspberry remains so crisp that it becomes almost watermelon-like in the end, with lots of that juiciness lingering. The new generation of light and uncomplicated fruit beers - not very 'beery' and in that sense not my preferred style, but it is hard to deny that this type of beers is enormously refreshing on a summer day, and Thornbridge manages to present a very typical and very accomplished example of it.

330ml can from Asda. Hazy pinkish orange with a thin white head. Sour, raspberry aroma. Flavour is broadly similar.

330 ml can. Murky light red, foamy head. Lime, red currant, raspberry, lactic acid. Acidic sourness, some light fruity sweetness. Light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, acidic sour finish. Very tart, fresh and fruity!

Can, small bubbly head, very cloudy palish red color, raspberries, some malt and jam behind, pleasant mellow tartness. Nice and highly drinkable.
