Can, 4.5%. Quite citric aroma, rhubarb? Cloudy pinkish orange colour. Stable bright pink head. The flavour has a clean acid with rhubarb and perhaps raspberry. Clean finish with a touch of salt or minerals and a mild acid bite.

On tap at The Colmore, pours a hazy pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart raspberries, light hay and plenty of lacto. Flavour is dry, with tart raspberry, hazy, lacto, and straw. Nice fruitiness, wheaty and gently tart. Nicely made.

Can from Geers. Hazy red, thin, off-white head. Aroma of raspberry, unripe strawberry, wheat, sour cream, lemon. Taste has sour raspberry & lemon acid, bit wheaty, subtle yoghurty maltiness pairing well with an element of lactic acid; nice tart fruity finish, not too overpowering in acidity. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Sympathetic little beer, but there's better in this genre.

Schöne Säure, nicht too much. Die Himbeere ist krass, die Farbe auch, fast wie Aperol. Gut schwenken, unten in der Dose noch eine Menge Schwebstoff.

Pours cloudy pale pink-tinged amber, with a frothy pink-white head, and a sharp fruity aroma. The mouthfeel is spritzy and zesty, with a moderate level of carbonation, and there's a lovely tart/sour raspberry flavour, which is massively refreshing and lasts into the finish

16/9/2020. Can from Morrison’s, Ipswich. Pours cloudy/murky pale orange pink with a nice size white head and a lot of unexpected sediment. Aroma of raspberry, citrus, malt and a little creamy mashed potato. Light sweetness and medium sour. Moderate body, average carbonation. Quite enjoyed it but it wasn’t a patch of the sour I had before it.

Can. Nose is almost nonexistent, faint raspberry, sour apple. Taste is better, tart green apple, raspberry, slight lactose taste of a kettle sour, almond, touch of lemon in the sharp finish. jolly.
