Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, tart, saison yeast, fruity yeast, oak, citrus - lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, citrus, lemon, citric, oak, saison yeast, light funk. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle pour at MBCC 2018 Green (session IV), 11/05/18. Lightly hazed golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is light floral notes, pissy citric shreds, damp hay. Taste comprises lemon rind, vanilla tinged oak, funk, barnyard esters, light dry rot. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough funky saison.
