Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, sweet yeast, ice cream. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, wheat, fruity yeast, sweet yeast, ice cream - vanilla alike. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Keg at MBCC 2018 Green (session IV), 11/05/18. Pale golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is stale bread, damp straw, prickly green berries, lemon drizzle, funk. Taste comprises light yeast esters, lemon tinged straw, berry must, hay bale, funk, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent saison.
