Bottled (from Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some spruce, mild nectar and quite earthy tones. Flavour is grassy, some floral and mild fruity notes. Quite yeasty notes as well. A bit on the harsh side.

Bottled 500ml (Vinmonopolet, BB 04/2020 so 1-3 years old) Hazy amber colour, medium-sized white head and lace. Yeasty aroma with some strawberry. Medium-bodied. Yeasty, berryish flavour with caramalt. Lots of off-flavours in this IPA.

Deep golden color with a fine off white head. Good lacing. Looks nice and inviting. Fine intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and a fine carbonation level. Easy to drink. Pleasant bitterness. Semi dry texture and an ok lasting end. Grapefruit hoppy, pine, caramel malt and some resinous flavor.

On tap at Oslo Mikrobryggfest. The colour is hazy orange with an off-white head. Fruity aroma of grapefruit, orange peel, spicy hops, grass and some caramel. The flavour has more grapefruit, harpix, pine and dry ending. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and medium to heavy bitterness. A hoppy and tasteful IPA.

Pours hazy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain, caramel and citrus. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long malty, grainy and citrus finish. Body is meidum, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at Patrick’s. It’s a hazy dark orange golden colored beer with a creamy light beige head leaving lacing. The aroma is rather malty, almost cellar-ish, with pine cones and a generic fruityness. It’s full to medium bodied, with a nice carbonation level, semi-sweet. Caramel malts, some bitterness and pine cones in the flavor, with a lasting finish. Too much on the malty side for me this one. 160811

500ml bottle, batch #012, picked up at Vinmonopolet Aker Brygge and carried back home. A dense off-white head with fine duration and crocheted lacing. Amber coloured body with a slight haze. Quite inviting aroma of citrus and brown mats. Rounded taste character of ripe citrus and caramel malts. Fine bitter finish, mid dry. Well bodied, still easy to drink. Perfect paring with our lamb pie (Tromsø 26.03.2016).
