Keg at the taproom, Bermondsey. Light to mid-gold, hazy with a foamy uneven white head. Brett very noticeable in the aroma but I also get sweet spice, citrus peel and hay. The taste is absolutely lovely. Sweet with citrus notes and punchy yeast, all brought into line by the dryness of the Brett. Short to medium finish. Heavy carbonation. A winner for me.

Keg at Beaverex '18, day two, 08/09/18. Hazed golden orange with a well presented off white covering. Nose is spruce, citric zest, grass, airy malts, light spice. Taste comprises lemon rind, melon, grass, light white peppery spice, stale bread, mellow yeast esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent saison.

Tap. Rather clear golden color with white head Aroma is lemony, peppery yeast, lightly tart. Taste is yeast, tart, yoghurt, some exotic fruitiness, melon, passionfruit. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good!
