Keg at Six D. It pours dark brown with a decent tan head. The aroma is funky, tangy, red berry, vinous, acetobachter, jammy berry, gummy fruits, cola cubes, Dr Pepper and wood. The taste is dry, tart, vinous, tangy, red berry, light umami character, dried leaves, dusty spice, sherbet, red grape, granny smith apple and cranberry with a tart, tangy finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Great depth of flavour for the abv. Nice take on a sour red / brown.

Beaverfest. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Light and semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Slightly tart dark malts. Little sourish chocolate. Touch of red wine. Light semi dry finish. Surprisingly not too bad! Dark and sour never fills me with great joy but this one is halfway decent.

Keg at BeaverFest. Vaguest earthy aroma. Glossy black. Thin beige bubbly head. Light bitter with a tangy sour edge. Soy sauce and berries. Light. Thin. A light fizz of carbonation. Dry finish. Decent enough. Some character to it.
