Dennoch prima trinkbar.

65 cl bottle (7%) @ Antitasting Aroma has coffee and ashy tones. Also nettles, hops, pea soup and vichy. Creamy and foamy palate. Flavour has licorice, pea soup, ashy notes and coffee. Too much pea soup and ash here. Also, closer to a CDA than stout.

650ml bottle. Jet black colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, beige to tan head. Roasty dark malty and intense coffee aroma, notes of mocha, roasted coffee beans, hints of dark chocolate, slightly grassy and minimally piney hoppy overtones. Taste is bitter, roasty dark malty, notes of coffee, mocha, dark chocolate, grassy and piney, bitter hoppy overtones with a touch of blueberry, additionally some salty liquorice in the finish; minimally too prickly carbonation. Excellent Stout overall.

Beaverfest. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Mellow dark malts. Earthy coffee. Light dry finish. I don't mind coffee in beer at all but I don't want a coffee substitute either. Getting weary of this substyle.
